This Weekend

Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal

Friday I wasn’t feelin’ too hot, so I opted to head home to my parents’ house for the night. So after work and a quick visit MGH, I drove off to Fauntleroy to catch a ferry.

It was a nice ferry ride. I used to ride the ferry twice a week for the first three years of college, but now not so much. Remembered how nice it is to end the week out on the water reading a book.

At home I hung out with my parents and cousins who were over. Had cream of chicken soup and salmon sandwhiches with my Dad and then went to sleep ridiculously early at 9:30PM. The next morning I bummed around, Flickr’ed some family vacation photos, and took a ferry back to the city.

Later that afternoon, Jules and I then left to U-Village to Paint the Town for Cynthia’s birthday party. We all painted tiles to be a part of a mirror for the birthday girl. It was pretty fun (albeit challenging) to work with paint.

Then it was back to the girls’ apartment for movies and dinner. A big bravo to Cynthia, Angie, and Katie for their kitchen efforts. Such good food.

If you already haven’t heard, I’ve been kinda addicted to Flickr lately. However, I can now officially say that I am Flickr’ed out. Uploaded and tagged over a thousand photos in the last week, including nearly all my digital camera pics from August 2003-April 2005. Agh. I have photos on my computer as far back as sophomore year in high school, but decided I’d stop here. Was going mad otherwise. Anyway, you can check out the fruits of my obssesive compulsiveness here by set or by tag.

your obsessive compulsiveness is quite impressive actually. Flickr’s pretty cool. But jeez you were starting to scare me with the whole “one more picture” thing yesterday.

btw: so exactly how crazy was alexander?

Haha, oh right. I forgot to add: However, commuting by ferry daily isn’t too fun. 😛
