I finally finished uploading my photos from Las Vegas last month. I was going to write about our NYEE dinner at “chef of the century” Joël Robuchon’s restaurant at MGM Grand, but Ly beat me to it! He also did such an excellent job describing each dish I’m just going to link him: Homemade Food Reviews: L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.
Needless to say, it was a pretty amazing experience. A photo says a thousand words, but in this case, it hardly does the meal justice:
